Meeting is held to discuss homelessness in Boston.

More than 300 homeless people and their supporters attend the meeting at the Blackstone Community School. Those attending call for better services for those displaced from the shelter and various programs on Long Island after the bridge to the island was closed for safety reasons a month earlier.
